Is Iton really free?
Yes. All 250 missions are free to access.
Why does my child need parent permission before learning?
Iton is for kids ages 6–12, so we ask a parent email to be verified first.
After the verification link is clicked, all missions unlock. The link is valid for 24 hours.
What data does Iton store about my child?
Only what we need: display name, date of birth, parent email, and learning progress.
We do **not** store face photos, home addresses, or a child’s phone number, and there is no chat between users.
Why is there a daily learning time limit?
To protect kids’ eyes and focus.
Ages 6–9: 45 minutes per day. Ages 10–12: 75 minutes per day. Parents can grant one extra 15 minutes once per day.
Does my child need Roblox Studio?
No. All Lua code challenges run right in the browser.
Roblox Studio is useful if your child wants to move their work into a real game.
How can I get help when a puzzle feels hard?
Hints unlock step by step: the first after 3 tries, the second after 5, and a sample solution after 7.
You can also press **Ask a parent** anytime.
My child forgot their password. What should we do?
Open the sign-in page and choose **Forgot password**. The reset link is sent to the parent email linked to the child’s account.
Will my child appear on the leaderboard?
Not unless you turn it on. The leaderboard is off by default and can only be enabled from the parent dashboard.
